I would really recommend the RM1 to my other pharmacy colleagues. The RM1 immediately caught our eye at last year’s show; it’s simple to use you pour the pills on the glass and it shows the count instantly. It has really saved us a lot of time when dispensing and for the price to our banner it is great value.

We have both a Parata and the new RM1 in our pharmacy. We use the Parata unit for high volume counts and the RM1 for smaller counts and the RM1 is 100% accurate each and every time. The Rm1’s accuracy is especially valuable for “double counting” Narcotics and it’s great not having to calibrate the RM1 unit… just pour on the pills and it counts. We think having the two different types of pill counters for different dispensing counts is the best, as they compliment each other beautifully and as I said the RM1 is super accurate.
